"Vegan leather" has a branding problem. For years it meant one thing: cheap plastic that peels at the corners by month three.
We went the other way.
Microfiber, not film
The shell of our wallet is microfiber polyurethane — a fabric base bonded to a PU surface layer, the same construction used by premium houses that charge five figures. It behaves like leather because it's built like leather:
- Grain that moves. Press it, and it creases and recovers instead of denting.
- Edge paint that holds. Our edges are electroplated golden — a hard finish that resists the oil in your hands.
- Weight that reads expensive. You notice it the first time you pick it up, then never think about it again.
29% recycled content
The backing layer uses 29% certified recycled content. Not a headline number — a measured one. Premium and responsibility shouldn't be a trade.
How it ages
Real leather earns its patina. So does this:
- Week 1: matte, precise, slightly formal.
- Month 1: the grain softens where your thumb lands.
- Month 6: it looks like yours — a sheen no factory can fake.
And unlike animal hide, a splash of rain isn't an event. Wipe it, carry on.
The touch test
Premium touch isn't a spec sheet — it's three seconds in a shop. You pick it up, you don't put it down. That's the whole test.
Microfiber PU. Gold electroplated edges. 29% recycled. Aged like the real thing, because it's engineered like the real thing.
