Shipping
Free shipping across India on all orders above ₹999. Below that, a flat ₹89 applies — anywhere in the country.
Orders placed before 4 PM IST ship the same day. Metro cities typically receive their parcel in 2–3 working days; the rest of India in 4–6. You get a tracking link on WhatsApp and email the moment the package moves.
Returns & Exchanges
Seven days, no questions. If the product is unused and still in its original packaging, we'll pick it up and refund you — to the original payment method, within 5–7 working days.
Something wrong with the piece itself? Message us on WhatsApp at 7719 101 101 with your order number and a photo. Warranty claims on manufacturing defects are handled for six months from delivery.
